This move's base power alters depending on the stat buffs and debuffs the user has. The base power of this move gains 20 points for every one-stage buff and loses 20 for every one-stage debuff, but cannot be reduced below a minimum power of 20. This move therefore has a maximum possible base power of 860, wherein all of the user's stats are maximally boosted, including Accuracy and Evasion.
In a triple battle, this move may target anyone facing or adjacent to the user. |
